Refund policy
All purchases are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please get in touch with our local support team if you have issues with any purchase. We're always happy to help
Please let us know as soon as you have any problem, and don't continue flying. Flying with a drone that isn't working correctly could cause further damage which we can not cover.
We may require a video or photo demonstrating any issues you are experiencing, and/or for you to undergo basic troubleshooting with us.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will remedy the situation at no additional cost to you. We will cover return shipping if required by us, shipping on any replacements or repairs and there will be no diagnostic fee to pay.
We can not cover damage or issues caused by crashes, misuse(including getting wet, flying in seaspray, landing in sand and carrying payloads), user error or lost drones. If the issues you are experiencing are determined to be due any of these, there is a diagnostic fee of $20 and we will require reimbursement for the shipping fees both ways.
We do not accept returns that have not been requested by us through the returns process, where we will supply the courier ticket.
Any unrequested packages will be returned at your cost.
We do not accept refunds due to change of mind, including if you purchase an incompatible part for your drone unless you have been advised incorrectly by us.
Our drones are hobby drones designed for individuals, and not commercial drones suitable for businesses. Any business or person in trade making a purchase on our website for business or trade use agrees to contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
